VG Impex Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorised distributor of Great Wall Motors in Nepal, has officially launched
Great Wall Motors' Haval SUVs in the Nepalese market.
Haval is Great Wall Motor's sub-brand that specialises in crossovers and SUVs. Currently, the company has introduced the 3rd gen Haval H6, and Haval Jolion.The 3rd Gen HAVAL H6 which comes at a starting price of Rs 96.99 Lakh comes loaded with intelligent features and is expected to offer users a more comfortable driving experience, consolidating HAVAL’s brand image in international markets. Here are few things you should keep in mind about the new Haval H6.
Design:
Inspired by the company's 'Oriental Futurism' design concept, the 3rd gen Haval H6 gets a bold styling that is complimented by an aggressive front grill and sleek waistlines. Major design highlights include the Fangsheng Pattern Grille, Horizon Rear LED Taillight, Rising Flame LED Headlamps, and 18/19" alloy wheels. The new Haval H6 measures 4657mm long, 1816mm wide, and 1724mm high. It has a wheelbase of 2738mm. It will be available in three colours: Hamilton White, Ayers Grey, and Atlantis Blue.[gallery size="full" ids="27623,27624"]
Engine and Performance:
Powering the new H6 is a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine that delivers 201 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. The motor comes paired with a 7-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) and a 4WD drivetrain. The modular LEMON platform on which the new H6 is based has completed road testing of more than 6 million kilometres covering 76 different kinds of road surfaces around the world to ensure durability.
Interior and Features:
The cabin is an all-black affair. Keyless entry and push-button start, panoramic sunroof, large areas of leather and soft-touch surfaces, seats with ventilation and heating functions add further to the user-centric cabin. The interior also features a 12.3-inch technological touch screen with smartphone integration, a flying 1.02-inch floating instrument, wireless charging, a full-color HUD three-screen interaction, boasting a luxurious futuristic technology cockpit.
You also get an eight-way adjustable driver seat (six-way for seat and two-way for lumbar support) and a four-way adjustable front passenger seat all wrapped in leather. Safety:
Intelligence and safety are also the main highlights of the 3rd gen Haval H6. The compact crossover gets a 71.61% high strength steel body providing a rock-solid strength. On the safety front, it gets six omni-directional airbags, ABS with EBD, 360° camera view, HHC (Hill Hold Control), and anti-collision mechanisms like SCM (Second Collision Mechanism) + FCM (Forward Collision Mechanism) to name a few. The compact crossover also gets an L2 level automatic driving with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) at full speed, TSR (traffic sign recognition), lane-keeping and other driving assistance functions, to make your drive safer.[gallery size="full" ids="27620,27619,27618"]The 3rd gen Haval H6 rivals the likes of the Hyundai Tucson, Mazda CX-5, Kia Sportage, and Toyota RAV4 in the Nepalese market.
